Description

Spring Roll Bowl with Peanut Sauce is a vibrant and nutritious dish that combines crunchy fresh vegetables, tender rice noodles, and a creamy peanut sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 soft brioche buns
  • Condiments: ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, gently mix the ground beef with salt and pepper; form into four equal patties.
  3. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a cheese slice on each patty to melt.
  5. In another pan, caramelize sliced onions in oil over medium heat until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
  6. Toast the brioche buns on the grill.
  7. Assemble by adding condiments to each bun, then topping with patties and caramelized onions.
