  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
