  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta (or pasta of choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping garlic and measuring out liquids.
  2. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode; melt butter and add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Sauté until golden brown.

  5. Close lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes before manually releasing remaining steam.
  6. Open lid carefully; stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
