  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and roughly chop the fresh spinach. Drain and chop the canned artichokes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichokes until well mixed.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
