- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups fresh lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Sliced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken breasts dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub onto both sides of the chicken.
- Place seasoned chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before shredding with two forks.
- Spread ranch dressing over each tortilla. Layer shredded chicken, lettuce, cheese, and optional tomatoes.
