  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups fresh lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Sliced tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken breasts dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub onto both sides of the chicken.
  3. Place seasoned chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before shredding with two forks.
  5. Spread ranch dressing over each tortilla. Layer shredded chicken, lettuce, cheese, and optional tomatoes.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure your wrap.
