  • 1 cup sweetened or unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Zest and juice of 2 fresh oranges
  • 12 tbsp Sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for baking)

Instructions

  2. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour (salt and pepper), one with beaten eggs, and one with coconut flakes.
