Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked preferred)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into uniform bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Turn on your Instant Pot and select the sauté function; heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add half of the seasoned chicken in a single layer and sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour in half a cup of water or broth over the browned chicken.
- Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Allow natural release for 5 minutes before switching to quick release; remove the lid carefully.
