  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and shred after cooling slightly.
