- 4 cups green cabbage (shredded)
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cube it.
- Chop the cabbage into thin strips and mince the garlic.
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add tofu cubes, and sauté until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and shredded cabbage to the skillet; sauté until cabbage wilts but remains crunchy (about 3-4 minutes).
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha. Pour over tofu and cabbage; stir well.
- Gently fold in cooked rice noodles until evenly mixed and heated through.
