  • 14 oz firm tofu (pressed and cubed)
  • 4 cups green cabbage (shredded)
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 12 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cube it.
  2. Chop the cabbage into thin strips and mince the garlic.
  3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  4. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add tofu cubes, and sauté until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  5. Add minced garlic and shredded cabbage to the skillet; sauté until cabbage wilts but remains crunchy (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha. Pour over tofu and cabbage; stir well.
  7. Gently fold in cooked rice noodles until evenly mixed and heated through.
