Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and melted butter until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for topping.
- Firmly press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

- Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
