  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles (whole wheat or gluten-free)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic powder and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until no longer pink (about 5 minutes).
  4. Transfer chicken to the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over it. Layer broken spaghetti on top.
  5. Set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir in fresh spinach about 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese before serving.
