- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles (whole wheat or gluten-free)
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic powder and cook until fragrant.
- Add chopped chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until no longer pink (about 5 minutes).
- Transfer chicken to the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over it. Layer broken spaghetti on top.
- Set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in fresh spinach about 30 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese before serving.
