  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (for glaze, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix additional sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan; sprinkle swirl mixture over it, then add remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with milk (and cream cheese if using) until smooth.
  8. Drizzle glaze over the warm cake before serving.
