  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons tandoori spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori spice mix, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the turkey breast thoroughly and marinate for at least one hour (or overnight).
