  • 8 oz pork belly or chicken, sliced
  • 1 cup pickled carrots and daikon radish
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  2. Prepare your toppings: Season sliced pork or chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Make the pickles: Combine equal parts vinegar and sugar with julienned carrots and daikon in a bowl; let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into desired shape; transfer to parchment paper.
  5. Spread mayonnaise over the dough, add protein, layer pickled veggies and cucumber slices.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
