  • 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth with cumin and chili powder; heat over medium.
  3. In a skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant; add shredded chicken and cook until heated through.
  4. Stir in sour cream, green chiles, and half the cheese until melted.
  5. Spread some sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
