- 8 oz yakisoba noodles (fresh or instant)
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce (or mushroom sauce for vegetarian)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions
