Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until just combined.

- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake meatballs for 25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- In the same skillet used for spinach, combine heavy cream and Parmesan over low heat until smooth. Add baked meatballs and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
