  • 1 cup sweet onions, diced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and peeling the potatoes; cube them. Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
