  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
  3. Add dollops of cream cheese on top of the mixture.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix well before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
