Instructions

  6. Punch down the dough, divide into 8 pieces, roll each into ropes, and twist into pretzel shapes.
  7. Boil water in a pot, add baking soda, and boil each pretzel for 30 seconds before transferring to baking sheets.
  8. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with coarse sea salt, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
