- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded

- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Cook yakisoba noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic for the sauce.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage; stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
- Drain noodles and add to the skillet along with the sauce; mix well and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
