  • 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 8 oz soba noodles (or ramen/udon)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
