- Gently knead in soaked raisins after the dough has risen.
- Divide the dough into equal pieces, shape each into a ball, and poke a hole through the center to form bagels.
- Boil each bagel in lightly sweetened water for about 1 minute per side.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake boiled bagels on parchment-lined sheets for 20-25 minutes until golden.
