  • 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing garlic and ginger.
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
