Instructions
- Plug in the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Add the ground beef or sausage and cook until browned.
- Pour in the marinara sauce, then add ziti pasta (no pre-cooking needed). Push down gently to cover with sauce.
- Spoon ricotta cheese over the pasta and sprinkle mozzarella generously on top.
