  • 12 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup bacon bits (cooked)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, bacon bits, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
  4. Coat each stuffed jalapeño in panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  5. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
