  • 1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup spinach or bok choy

Instructions
