Instructions

  1. Wash zucchinis under running water, trim the ends, and slice them into half-moons.
  2. Shuck the corn and cut off the kernels.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Add zucchini slices and minced garlic; sauté for 5-7 minutes until zucchini is tender and golden.
