- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and chop rhubarb into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine rhubarb with granulated sugar and 1/4 cup of flour; mix until well-coated.
- In another bowl, combine the remaining flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter. Blend until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour the rhubarb mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
