- 1 tsp cumin

- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- Cut chicken into uniform cubes. In a bowl, whisk together beer, olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop bell peppers and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- In a separate bowl, combine diced avocados, corn, feta cheese, lime juice, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
