  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring the steel cut oats and almond milk to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in the diced apples, cinnamon, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
