  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini bundt pans with nonstick spray and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients while alternating with milk.

  5. Pour batter into prepared pans about two-thirds full and bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
