Instructions

  2. Mix cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, tapping off excess, and place back on parchment paper.
