Instructions

- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together, stirring every 30 seconds.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until fluffy, then mix in the melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Gently fold in the grated zucchini.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
