- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until golden.
- Stir in cinnamon, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Add diced chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then mince the chicken mixture finely and mix in honey.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares or triangles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry piece. Fold to shape and seal edges tightly.
