- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Pita bread or 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions

- Combine shredded cucumber (squeezed dry), Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl; mix until smooth.
- Dice tomatoes and slice red onion while chicken cooks.
