- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles as per package instructions; drain and rinse.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add bell peppers and carrots. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Push vegetables aside and add marinated beef in a single layer. Sear for 1-2 minutes without stirring until browned; flip to brown the other side.
- Combine everything in the skillet with cooked noodles and drizzle sesame oil over the top. Toss gently for another 1-2 minutes.
