  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, melted butter, sour cream, onion soup mix, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
