- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves

- Cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by washing and peeling the vegetables. Season the cubed beef with salt and pepper.
