  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon over medium heat. Cook until cranberries burst and form a thick sauce (about 10 minutes).
