- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1–2 tbsp chili paste or Sriracha (to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, and panko breadcrumbs. Mix until just combined.
- Roll mixture into meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While meatballs bake, mix mayonnaise with chili paste or Sriracha in a small bowl until smooth.
- Serve meatballs warm with spicy mayo dip on the side; garnish with cilantro if desired.
