- 12 oz potstickers (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
